The Process On-Site Consultation – The design process begins with an on-site consultation with a Landscape Architect/Designer. The design consultant comes out to your project site to discuss your landscape needs, ask pertinent questions, offers advice, suggestions and establish whether your project requires design services. The initial consultation is the first step in determining your landscape needs.
Concept Plan – Next, our design consultant will prepare a concept plan which will depict the general arrangement and relationships of all improvements discussed during our initial on-site meeting. Once the concept plan is completed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient meeting time to present and review the plan. At this meeting, we will explain the overall plan, answer questions and discuss changes that will then be implemented into the Final Plan/Master Plan.
Final Plan/Master Plan - Development of the Final Plan/Master Plan will incorporate any additions, changes or comments received during the presentation of the concept plan. Additionally, the final design will implement the layout of plant material, identification of plant species as well as hardscape materials, as applied to your design.
3-D Color Computer Imaging: Besides providing a well thought out two-dimensional design we offer a unique 3-D computer imaging dynamics. Computer imaging is a 3-D color process that allows the client the ability to experiment with different ideas and styles to preview a color concept of the design. Try out different trees and shrubs, see what new walkways, fences and walls will look like before you contract the actual work. Combined with our scaled plans, computer color imagery provides you with a well thought-out and comprehensive investment you can see in color before the work begins.
